Due to the nature of event tickets, all sales are final. However, if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund automatically within 14 business days.

Centre Court and Court No.1 both have retractable roofs, so play continues in most weather conditions. If play is suspended on other courts, your ticket remains valid. Refunds are not provided for weather delays, only for complete cancellation of your session.

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. We'll notify you immediately by email. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help find a solution.
